Glen is a certified Home Inspector helping home buyers make informed decisions on their home purchase since 1996, and has over 25 years of experience in the home inspection business. Glen is WETT Certified through WETT-NS. He is trained to perform Radon Testing through C-NRPP. Glen also holds a Level 1 infrared thermography designation CRT.

Shane holds his WETT Certification through WETT-NS. As a resident of the Windsor area, AmeriSpec has effectively broadened the accessibility to service a wider area of Nova Scotia. Shane is currently studying for his NRCan energy advisor certification.

Bradley is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with a degree in Environmental Earth Science. In 2013, he earned a diploma from the Nova Scotia Community College in Energy Sustainability Engineering Technology. This program focused on building science, and renewable energy. To further his knowledge in energy efficiency, Bradley completed training through the Canadian Passive House Institute in passive house design and modeling, as well as additional training in residential mechanical ventilation design. Bradley is a Natural Resources of Canada Registered Energy Auditor for existing homes for EnerGuide© Rating system (ERS), and ENERGY STAR® Rating System for New Homes (ESNH). He is also certified for Multi Unit Residential Buildings (MURBs) – for both existing and new homes.

He is a Natural Resources of Canada Registered Energy Auditor for EnerGuide© Rating system (ERS) existing homes and for new home construction. Jesse has performed over 700 energy evaluations on existing and new homes and heat loss analyses across mainland Nova Scotia. Linda`s strong administrative and management skills provide a well-organized office environment that allows the company to achieve a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Shawna started part-time with AmeriSpec of Nova Scotia in 2012 and has been with us full-time since 2018. Shawna is our New Construction Office Manager. Her experience in customer service brings an exceptional level of communication and customer satisfaction.
